WEBBY Dance Company Studio COVID-19 Policies

  • Every dancer will have their temperature checked upon arrival. If anyone’s temperature reads over 99′ they will not be allowed in the studio.

  • Face Masks will not be required for dancers under the age of 5. Dancers over the age of 5 will have to wear one as they enter and leave. Dancers are NOT required to wear a mask while taking class. However, this will be based on your own comfort level. If you prefer your dancer to wear a mask while taking class, they are welcomed to do so.

  • To safeguard our staff and dancers, parents will need to remain outside the studio during their dancer’s class unless they need to handle business with the Front Desk after class.

  • Prior to dropping off your dancer, we ask that you please have them visit the bathroom. We do not have one located within our facility. In an effort to keep our dancers safe, we will NOT be taking any bathroom breaks together as a class. This will also allow us to get in as much dancing time as possible with minimal distractions.

  • Please change into dance shoes prior to entering the studio. Outside/street shoes will not be allowed in as we want to try and keep exposure low and our floors as clean as possible.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available inside the studio.

  • Dancers are required to use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting each studio.

  • Teachers will use “dance dots” to show the dancers where their own space is.

  • We will minimize the risk of spread by limiting the use of hand props.

  • Please bring a clearly labeled water bottle for your dancer.

  • Studio will be sanitized after each class.

  • If a dancer is not feeling well, we ask that they please stay home. If any dancer, member of their family, or one of our WEBBY staff members comes in contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you not return to for 14 days.

  • We will offer a pre-recorded WEBBY Dance class for those that need to quarantine.

  • If a dancer has tested positive or has been exposed and we have been made aware, we will notify any dance family of that class or time frame of exposure. If you are aware of someone that has COVID-19 or has been exposed, this should be discussed privately and should be brought to Celina Lozano’s attention as soon as possible.
